Anupama 8th November 2025 Written Update: On 8 November 2025 the latest episode of Anupamaa delivered one of the most dramatic turns in recent time. The Kohli and Shah families clashed during the haldi ceremony of Mahi, and tensions finally peaked when Anupama lost her calm and slapped Gautam in front of everyone.
The episode opens with Leela declaring she will not attend Mahi’s haldi ceremony. Pakhi explains she skipped the earlier mehndi function because she didn’t want to leave Ishani alone. Paritosh warns that returning to the Kothari house after all the drama would be foolish. Anupama, however, insists the family must attend the function—she argues everyone has their own viewpoint but they can’t avoid the ceremony. Leela accuses the Kotharis of being egoistic. Anupama reminds her that they should not become like them.
Meanwhile Raja reveals to Pari that he loves her and intends to come back for her. Anupama intervenes in their conversation and warns them that if the Kotharis find out, things could go wrong. She asks them to give the Kotharis time to think. Rahi argues there’s nothing wrong with Raja and Pari meeting, but Anupama counsels caution.
At the haldi ceremony the Shahs and Kotharis are present together. Anupama gives shagun to Mahi, but Vasundhara mocks the gift as worthless. Leela fires back, telling her to keep it or pass it on, as they apparently always do. During the ritual Rahi applies haldi to Gautam—this apparently offends Vasundhara who bristles at the gesture. Mahi also taunts Kinjal and Paritosh, saying that if Pari hadn’t acted poorly she would have been here. Vasundhara agrees with Mahi’s dig. Hasmukh tells Anupama that the Kotharis are still not ready to forgive Pari. Anupama imagines exposing Gautam—in short, the tension between the families is thick.
Later Prem asks Anupama if she’s fine. When she inquires why, Prem says it’s nothing but asks her to make Rahi understand that his work is under pressure and she should stop troubling him. Anupama becomes uneasy—she senses something may be wrong between Prem and Rahi’s relationship. Meanwhile Prarthana tells Anupama that she fears her own relationship with Ansh might suffer in future and asks her to speak to him.
The climax builds when Ansh confronts Gautam in the preview, telling him he knows of his latest fraud and will inform Parag. Meanwhile Parag and Vasundhara hand Raja and Pari’s divorce papers to Anupama—shocking her to the core.
